The Standard Diagram Detail Report contains detailed collision history information for a specific state route location or roadway section. Information includes, but is not limited to the following: location, date, time severity, collision type and a 10-digit diagram data analysis code which identifies; direction, vehicle movement, and collision type. Diagram Data decoding sheets are available to interpret the data.
