        Process Description:
          500k WSDOT Regions shapefile and Cadastral Data were unioned in a geodatabase. Boundaries were checked against the 2007 Road Log and then updated so that the boundaries crossed State Routes at the correct SRMP/ARM. A topology was built using the rules 1) Must not overlap and 2) Must not have gaps.
