Southwest Region Maintenance Southwest Region Maintenance & Operations serves the counties of Cowlitz, Clark, Lewis, Pacific, Wahkiakum, Skamania and Klickitat. Our maintenance offices are broken down into four areas, plus a regionwide bridge and facilities maintenance office.

Our maintenance goal is to maintain the existing highway system with public and employee safety as a top priority.
