Eastern Region Maintenance consists of seven counties: Adams, Franklin, Whitman, Lincoln, Spokane, Ferry Stevens and Pend Oreille.

Routine maintenance includes guardrail & pavement repair, drainage & catch basin cleaning, bridge operations & repair, traffic signal, sign, & light repair, pavement marking replacement, litter removal, vegetation control/managment, & a host of other responsibilities.

Emergency maintenance includes traffic control, bridge & roadway inspection, clean up and repair related to flooding, wind storm, volcanic eruption, earthquake, accident & hazardous materials spill.
