  • Memorial Day: Good To Go! walk-in and call centers are closed Monday, May 28. Customers can still access their Good To Go! accounts online or through the automated phone system.
  • Reminder: Weekend toll rates apply on the SR 520 bridge on Memorial Day.
    The Washington State Transportation Commission sets new toll rates for the Tacoma Narrows Bridge.
  • Tacoma Narrows Bridge toll rates increase July 1, 2012 to: $4 with a Good To Go! pass, $5 cash at the toll booths and $6 Pay By Mail.

Easy Ways to Pay the Toll

A Good To Go! pass works on the SR 520 Bridge, Tacoma Narrows Bridge and SR 167 HOT lanes.

  • Good To Go! Account – Good To Go! offers several account options. With a Good To Go! pass you’ll pay the lowest toll rate. You can also Pay By Plate by registering your vehicle’s license plate on an account. Learn more.
  • Short Term Account – Visitors or infrequent drivers can open a Short Term Account which is good for up to 14 days. Learn more.
  • Pay By Mail – If you don’t have a Good To Go! account, we’ll send a bill in the mail to the registered owner of the vehicle.

To use the HOT lanes, solo drivers must install the Good To Go! pass in their vehicle. Pay By Plate, Short Term Account and Pay By Mail are not options.

Why did I receive a Pay By Mail toll bill?

Drivers will receive a toll bill in the mail about 14 days after traveling the SR 520 Bridge or Tacoma Narrows Bridge without a Good To Go! account. Learn more.

What is a Notice of Civil Penalty?

Registered vehicle owners who haven't paid their tolls within 80 days or more will receive a Notice of Civil Penalty. Learn more.
