To get the March 2009 eForms package, go to the eForms Download page.
READ THESE IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE DOWNLOADING FORM FILES FROM THIS
PAGE! Before you download an updated form file and you have records (filled-in
forms) in the older form, you must first rename the old file. Example: "422-635-FieldNoteRecord.E39"
could be renamed to "422-635-FieldNoteRecord-OLD.E39". Adobe Acrobat (".PDF") files do not
need to be renamed as they do not contain record data. Failure to rename the old file will
cause the old file to be overwritten by the new file. ALL RECORDS
IN THE OLD FILE WILL BE LOST! After downloading the new (revised) form file, open the new file and do an
IMPORT RECORDS from the "old" file. Detailed instructions on importing/exporting
records can be found in the UserGuide.E39, or click "Help" in the Main Menu. If you would like to be notified when updated eForms have been posted on this page or when a new eForms Package is released, go to the eForms Email List page and sign up. If you have the September 2008 eForms package or earlier, we recommend you download the latest March 2009 release package. The new form files are not compatible with the older forms packages and will not work. Revised Forms for the eForms Install since the March 2009 Release:
Save these files to the "C:\Program Files\WSDOT_Forms\DOTeForms_3.09\eForms" folder. You may have to right-click on the file link and select "Save Target As..." or "Save Link As..."
