The Office of Equal Opportunity (OEO) manages and monitors the Washington State Department of Transportation's Equal Opportunity, Affirmative Action, Contract Compliance, and Non-Discrimination programs. OEO has two basic units: The External Civil Rights Branch (ECRB) and the Internal Civil Rights Branch (ICRB). The goal of OEO's programs and services are to support and enhance WSDOT's commitment to a diverse workforce.
