The Office of Equal Opportunity (OEO) manages and monitors the Washington State Department of Transportation's External Civil Rights Programs.  These programs include:

Small Business Development Series - Understanding the Solicitation and Proposal Development - Free Workshop for Small and Emerging Businesses.

Where: William Factory Small Business Incubator, Tacoma

USDOT Bonding Education Program - Weekly classes to help small businesses in the transportation field become bond ready. 
When: October 16 - November 18, 2014 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Where: New Holly Gathering Hall, Seattle

2014 Business After Hours (pdf 39kb)- Free event for small, veteran, minority and women owned consulting and construction firms to network and establish meaningful relationships with prime contractors, consultants and agency staff, all in a casual and engaging atmosphere.
