» CH2M Hill sponsored a workshop on Urban Street Design and Safety in December, 2001. The featured speaker was Timothy Neuman, P.E., CH2M Hills Chief Highway Engineer. The meeting was attended by representatives from local agencies and Puget Sound Regional Council, as well as numerous WSDOT staff.
