- The vertical scroll bar was missing in many of the input and output frames in BEToolbox. This made it very difficult to input data and review output. This problem has been corrected.
- The XHarp parameter in PSGDES incorrectly had a unit of inches associated with it. The correct unit of measure is feet. The input form for PSGDES has been revised to reflect the correct unit of measure for XHarp
