Barlist Events

The barlist object model has a hierarchical event model that mimics the hierarchical structure of the barlist data.  When an event occurs at the lowest level of the barlist (the bar record), that event is handled and re-fired by its parent (bar record collection) and so on until the event is fired by the barlist object itself.  At each level,  more information is added to the event so its context information is retained.  While you can listen for events at any level,  it is suggested that you listen to events fired by the barlist object.
