- For shear designs done by the modified compression field theory, in accordance with AASHTO LRFD 2005, the average shear stress was computed incorrectly. The shear capacity computations have been corrected.

- Removed support for the IDispatch interface. IDispatch methods are very slow and adversely effected the overall performance of the libraries. As a consequence collections no longer support Visual Basic's For Each construct or default properties. This is a binary incompatible change so any application depending on WBFL components must be recompiled.
- Modifications to support the latest versions of PGSuper and PGSplice
RCCapacity
- Made some speed improvements to the NLSolver component
- Improved convergence tolerance checking and added a maximum iteration count to the NLSolver object. If the solver cannot find a solution after 100 tries, the iteration stops.

WBFL Geometry
- The points generated by IGeomUtil2d::DivideArc were incorrectly based on a clockwise arc. The points should be based on a counter-clockwise arc. This problem has been corrected.
- The CreateParallelLine method of the GeomUtil object created parallel lines on the wrong side of the source line. A parallel line to the right of the source line is supposed to be created for a positive offset distance. A parallel line on the left of the source line was actually created. This problem has been corrected.
- The Angle method on the IGeomUtil2d interface computed the angle formed by three points incorrectly. The document indicates that the computed angle is counter-clockwise. The method was computing a clockwise angle. The method has been updated to compute a counter-clockwise angle.
