Notice to Consultants
2004/2006 Statewide On-Call Roster for Real Estate Services - Small Projects

This solicitation will be open until further notice.

WSDOT intends to select Real Estate Services consultants and negotiate On-Call agreements for transportation projects and services that could be used on either the Interstate or Non-Interstate highway systems for all WSDOT projects. All firms responding will be evaluated and ranked. All firms scoring 70% or more, of the maximum total available points will receive an agreement. Firms selected for On-Call consultants will receive an On-Call agreement for a six (6) year term. All agreements will be for $1,500,000 each.

To access the RFQ/RFP and information on the Project Description; Submittal Information, Evaluation Criteria; etc., please look to your left under the "Most Requested" column. Click on RFQ/RFP to open the Request for Qualifications / Request for Proposal. Also, in the "Most Requested" column are the links to all of the required forms, etc. in pdf format. If you are unable to open a pdf document, please make sure that you are utilizing the most current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
