Notice to Consultants
I-5, Blaine Exit Interchange Improvements

The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) solicits interest from consultants who wish to be evaluated and considered for design services for the I-5, Blaine Exit Interchange Improvements. The approximate dollar value of the consultant agreement is expected to be $1,200,000 for the consultant design portion of work, spread over two bienniums. WSDOT will award one (1) agreement. The agreement will be for approximately four (4) years in duration with the option for WSDOT to extend it for additional time if necessary.

To access the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and information on the Project Description; Submittal Information, Evaluation Criteria; etc., please look to your left under the "Most Requested" column. Click on "Request for Qualificaitons" to open the RFQ. Also, in the "Most Requested" column are the links to all of the required forms, etc. in pdf format. If you are unable to open a pdf document, please make sure that you are utilizing the most current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you continue to have problems, please call (360) 705-7104 and provide the following information: Your Name, Firm Name, Phone Number, Fax Number, E-mail address, and title of the RFQ you are interested in. We will send you a hard copy by either fax or e-mail.
