Notice to Consultants
On-Call Communications and Public Involvement Services

Washington State Department of Transportation solicits interest from consultants interested in submitting a Statement of Interest to provide On-Call Communications and Public Involvement Services. WSDOT will be awarding four (4) On-Call agreement with two (2) of the awarded contracts going to Seattle based firms. These agreements will be for approximately two (2) years with a dollar value of $700,000. These agreements will be On-Call Task Order agreements with no minimum amount of work guaranteed. All firms with the Prime's address being in the geographical location of the WSDOT's Northwest Region area will be considered for the two (2) Seattle based contracts only. All others will be considered for the other two (2) contracts only.

Click on RFQ/RFP to open the Request for Qualifications / Request for Proposal. Also, in the "Most Requested" column are the links to all of the required forms, etc. in pdf format.
