Washington State Department of
Transportation (WSDOT) solicits interest from consulting
firms who wish to be evaluated for On-Call Bridge Design and
Structural Design Services. The agreements will be for a
two-year period from January 2002 through December 2003.
However, no new tasks will be assigned after two(2) years
from the original agreement execution date. Project Description WSDOT intends to select
consultants, and negotiate On-Call agreements for the
services that could be used on either the Interstate or
Non-Interstate highway systems. The Consultants will be
evaluated, ranked, and selected from rosters established by
the respondents to this notice. The rosters will be active
for calendar year 2002. The Department will utilize the
following options when selecting a consultant from the
rosters: a) select top ranked consultant(s) directly from
the ranked rosters; or b) "short-list" top ranked
consultant(s) for interviews. The number of firms initially
selected and agreement threshold amount for each agreement
is as follows: A consultant may submit for
only one agreement threshold amount. For example, a
consultant must specify that they are responding to either
On-Call Bridge Design and Structural Design Services for
$600,000, or On-Call Bridge Design and Structural Design
Services for $300,000, not both. Evaluation Criteria The definitions for each of
the proposed criteria may be found at the following
link: NOTE: It is imperative that
the consultant reviews the definitions of the scoring
criteria. We have included requirements and/or limitations
for the information that is being requested. All scoring
criteria will be rated on a scale of 0 (Low) to 20
(High.) Submittal
