| As a member of the Western Alliance for Quality
Transportation Construction (WAQTC) the WSDOT uses the testing procedures developed by
this cooperative. All acceptance testing will be done according to established test
procedures (i.e. AASHTO, ASTM, WAQTC or WSDOT test methods) by technicians qualified to
perform such tests. Information concerning the WSDOT Tester Qualification Program,
and individuals qualified by WSDOT to perform acceptance testing is available by
