Washington State Department of Transportation Grant Opportunities

WSDOT administers many transportation related grants that are available to agencies. For the first time we have consolidated the listing to make it easier for agencies to see what’s available and apply for grants.

The brochure outlines each program and provides the basic information such as: program description, potential funding, match requirements, schedule for application submittals, and the program contact and website. This information will allow agencies to review the programs and determine if their projects are eligible for the funding.

Depending upon the type of grant, eligible agencies include: cities, counties, port districts, tribal governments, transit agencies, school districts, economic development councils, rail district, private railroads, public and private employers, non-profit and private for profit transportation agencies, regional and state governments, including WSDOT.

We invite you to review the various programs and visit the websites for additional information.
