How much does it cost to order plans and specifications?
The cost to order plans is $25.00 (+ sales tax, where applicable) per set of plans and specifications. This charge includes printing and standard shipping (FedEx Ground) fees. If you require expedited shipping, you will be asked to provide a FedEx or UPS account number. The additional shipping charges for expedited delivery will be billed to your carrier account directly.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our standard method of shipping orders is FedEx Ground, which can take up to 3-5 business days. If you need to have your order expedited, we can fulfill your request if provided a valid UPS or FedEx account number at the time of order.
When will my company appear on the plan holder list?
Your company will appear on the WSDOT project plan holder list the following business day after your order. Please note that lists posted on non WSDOT web sites are often not updated as frequently; you will need to contact that web site owner to find out when their updates are posted.
Can I place an order for specific page(s) of plans or specifications?
We are unable to fulfill requests for specific pages of plans and/or specifications - our plans and specifications are already bound and shipped as complete sets.
Can I be added to the plan holders list without ordering plans and specifications?
No. In order to be on the WSDOT plan holders list your company needs to have been issued a complete set of plans and specifications through WSDOT.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Yes. We ask that you call ahead of time (360-705-7835) so that we can have your order ready to go.
