UPDATE 8/11/11: Upon further review of the Statements of Qualifications submitted for the I-405/NE 6th St to I-5 Widening and Express Toll Lanes Project, it has been determined that the scoring between Granite-Mowat, JV and the third place Submitter is not distinguishable. Consequently, WSDOT has determined that it is in the best interest of the public and the agency to add Granite-Mowat, JV to the list of short-listed firms eligible to receive a Request for Proposal for the I-405/NE 6th St to I-5 Widening and Express Toll Lanes Project.
