On October 1, 2008 a supplemental agreement is in effect. This supplemental agreement provides a 7% increase to the operating cost. The supplemental agreement can be found below. The supplemental
agreement expired on January 15th, 2009.

March 1st 2006 a supplemental AGC/WSDOT Equipment
Rental Agreement was signed. This allows the payment of fuel price
escalation payments on rental equipment for Force Account work.

here. The supplemental agreement can be found below. The supplemental
agreement expired on July 15th, 2006.
