March
1st 2006 a supplemental AGC/WSDOT Equipment Rental Agreement was
signed. This allows the payment of fuel price escalation payments
on rental equipment for Force Account work. The WSDOT
fuel cost escalation memo and the Price
adjustment memo from Equipment Watch are also available here.
The supplemental agreement can be found below. The supplemental
agreement expired on July 15th, 2006.
