The Agency Council on Coordinated Transportation has published its 2008-2010 report to the legislature. This report details the activities of ACCT over the last two years, including new initiatives as proposed as part of SHB 2072.
Florida Study Shows Benefits of Special Needs Transportation
This study calculates the return generated by funds invested by the State of Flordia on special needs transportation. The study concludes that financial investments in special needs transportation are an excellent investment and worthy of continued study and funding.
The JTC Releases Study on Coordinated Transportation
The Joint Transportation Committee (JTC) has recently completed a report on coordinated transportation. This Study was commissioned by the JTC to examine and evaluate the effectiveness of special needs transportation within the State of Washington.

Complaint Process Guidelines
ACCT has developed customer complaint processes guidelines for public transportation providers across Washington. The new guidelines offer an easy and accessible way for people with special needs to have their concerns addressed. This framework provides the necessary process for improving options for persons with special transportation needs.
ACCT has developed a best practices Web page that describes the process, gives examples of model policies, and information on resolving customer complaints.
