What is the Transit Asset Management Plan?
Washington State law requires transit agencies, as a condition of receiving state funding, to submit an asset management plan for certification by the Transportation Commission. The plan must include:

• An inventory of all transportation system assets
• A preservation plan based on lowest life cycle cost methodologies.
