Vendor Information
Due to space limitations and to ensure an interesting mix of vendors, participation is by invitation-only. If you are interested in participating and have not received an invitation, please call or email one of the following contact persons immediately for consideration:
We appreciate all vendor participation and will do our best to accommodate your requests.
This year’s conference is Aug. 26–29 at the Hilton Bellevue – 300 112th Ave. S.E., Bellevue, WA, 425-455-1300 (discounted rooms available). The Vendor Show is scheduled exclusively for Tuesday, Aug. 28, to maximize your impact and product visibility at the conference while minimizing your time and effort.
Cost
$300, includes table, two chairs, table cloth/skirting and breakfast and lunch for one. Meals for additional staff are $39 per person (per diem). Electricity and Internet access are available. Sponsorship is available. Travel and lodging is the responsibility of the vendor.

Special Attractions
Vendor Scrabble – Participating vendors will receive scrabble tiles to hand out to conference attendees who visit their display. Throughout the day, vendor names or products will be displayed and attendees who can spell the word out with scrabble tiles will have the opportunity to win fabulous gift baskets and prizes.
