The SR 520 weekend rates will be assessed for the following holidays (according to WAC 468-270-071): New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
Pay By Plate - Vehicles that use Pay By Plate on the SR 520 Bridge will be charged the Good To Go! Pass toll rate plus a $0.25 fee per transaction.
Short Term Account - Short Term Account rates are $0.50 less than Pay By Mail toll rates.
SR 16 Tacoma Narrows Bridge

Pay By Plate - Vehicles that use Pay By Plate on the Tacoma Narrows Bridge will be charged the Good To Go! Pass toll rate plus a $0.25 fee per transaction.
Short Term Account - Short Term Account rates are $0.50 less than Pay By Mail toll rates.
Toll rates are in effect until changed by the Washington State Transportation Commission. Tolls collected on the Tacoma Narrows Bridge must reimburse the state gas tax fund that pays off the bonds used to finance the construction of the bridge and pay for the bridge's ongoing operation and maintenance costs.
SR 167 HOT Lanes
(Tolls are collected in both directions)
HOT lanes toll rates:
- 50 cents minimum during periods of little congestion
- $9.00 maximum during periods of heavy congestion
- During other levels of congestion, the toll amount varies between 50 cents and $9.00.
- Only single occupancy vehicles must pay a toll. Vehicles with two or more passengers, and motorcycles, do not have to pay a toll.
- Note: Good To Go! sticker passes cannot be disabled and customers will be charged a toll even when carpooling in the HOT lanes. If you are a Good To Go! customer and plan on using the HOT lanes as a carpool, you should consider a switchable or moveable pass that can be removed or turned on and off depending on the number of people in the car.
Toll rates for HOT lanes are dynamically priced, meaning the toll can change throughout the day to ensure reliable travel times. The goal is to keep an average speed of at least 45 mph in the HOT lanes.
The toll rate can change based on congestion, time of day, traffic volume and traffic flow. Tolls are in effect on the SR 167 HOT lanes between 5 a.m. and 7 p.m.
Drivers are only charged once - at the toll that is displayed when the vehicle enters the lane. Good To Go! customers who use the HOT lane should look for the overhead sign that displays the actual toll rate and make a choice to whether to enter the lane.
