The Tacoma Narrows Bridge Citizen Advisory Committee (CAC) is a governor-appointed nine-member committee composed of permanent residents of the bridge area. This committee is required by law to make toll rate recommendations to the Washington State Transportation Commission.

2013 toll rate proposal
In February 2013, the CAC recommended a 25-cent toll rate increase for two-axle vehicles on July 1, 2013. At its March meeting the commission proposed a 25-cent increase on July 1, 2013 and an additional 25-cent increase on July 1, 2014.
