Tolls are collected in both directions of the bridge. The toll equipment for both directions is set up on the East Highrise structure.
SR 520 toll rates for two-axle vehicles (includes motorcycles):
Motorcycles typically have two axles and pay the same toll as larger two axle vehicles.
Vehicles with more than two axles will pay a higher pro-rated toll rate (pdf 134 kb).

**The SR 520 weekend rates will be assessed for the following holidays (according to WAC 468-270-071): New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
Pay By Plate toll rate - Good To Go! Pass toll rate plus a $0.25 fee per transaction.
Short Term Account toll rate - $0.50 less than Pay By Mail toll rate per transaction.
Toll rate setting and process
The Washington State Transportation Commission (WSTC) works with WSDOT and the public to establish toll rates for all highways and bridges in Washington State. The WSTC reviews traffic and revenue each year to determine whether new toll rates are needed to cover operational costs and debt payments. This review process starts in the fall and, if new rates are adopted, they are in effect the following July. Learn more about toll rate setting process .
