LTAP Newsletter
The LTAP News is produced quarterly by the Washington State LTAP Center. It is dedicated to covering a wide range of technical topics to assist Washington State communities and local governmental
agencies with the construction, maintenance, and management of their transportation infrastructure. Each issue contains a variety of information and resources, from the latest in pavement de-icing technology, construction, roundabouts,
traffic, safety and pavement management, to GPS, GIS and the Web. It also contains training opportunities, free publications available from the LTAP Center, and common sense technical solutions.
