H&LP’s Program Management administers local agency projects funded by multiple federal-aid programs and/or state funded grant programs. Responsible for preparing and submitting the Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) to FHWA, which includes federally funded and regionally significant WSDOT and local agency projects.
