LOCAL AGENCY GUIDELINES (LAG) MANUAL

The April 2008 updates are now available. You can download the current revisions, chapters, and the entire LAG manual below.

The LAG manual provides policies and standards for local agencies to follow when using Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) funds for transportation projects. Updating the manual is a continuous process. Questions, observations and recommendations are invited. The LAG committee periodically meets to consider changes and other items brought forward.
