CHANGE REQUESTS TO DIVISION 1 OF THE STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS

Starting with publication of the 2006 Standard Specifications for Road, Bridge and Municipal Construction, Division 1-99 has been removed from the Standard Specification and relocated to a web site maintained by WSDOT. There is a new process for submitting specifications to the Division 1 subcommittee. You can access this web site and directions for submitting changes at www.wsdot.wa.gov/Partners/APWA

To try to accommodate your requests and to assure that keeping projects moving remains a first priority, we are adopting the following in regard to Division 1 changes requests:

• All proposed changes must be submitted electronically to the subcommittee for review. You may access addresses at the web site shown above.
