New Bridge Inspection Software for Local Agencies
New Bridge Inspection Software is being developed for Local Agency use. The new software is called BridgeWorks.Net and is available for download from the web. We are currently working on the BridgeWorks.Net user accounts. If you are a new user, please contact Grant Griffin to set up an account. A BridgeWorks.Net Support page has been created where you can report problems and view postings of past problems and their solutions.
System Requirements
BridgeWorks.Net has minimum and recommended hardwarem, network, and software requirements. The following list identifies these requirements:
Hardware
Minimum Requirements
1GB RAM
1.6 GHz Pentium or AMD processor (Recommended 1.8 GHz Pentium or AMD processor)
5 GB of free hard drive space
Network Requirements
Network connection to the Internet that allows browser to access:
https://business.wsdot.wa.gov/
https://businessqa.wsdot.wa.gov/
WSDOT recommends minimum connection speeds of 140 kilobits per second (kbs) during normal business hours, equivalent to DSL connection speeds. The faster the speed, the better.
Software Requirements
Windows XP Service Pack 2
Dot NET (.NET) framework 2.0 (free application from Microsoft)
Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 with Service Pack 1 (free application from Microsoft)
Adobe Acrobat Reader 7.0 (free application from Adobe)
