ADA issues

• On the old Std Plan F3, the diamond pattern extended both down the ramp proper and along the ramp wings. With the new requirement for truncated domes, is the diamond pattern no longer required on the ramp wings?
  
• Are there any ramp requirements at designated accessible parking stall locations?
  
• Many of our sidewalks are against the curb, so when we have a driveway that crosses the sidewalk, we depress the sidewalk to allow that crossing, and then need to transition the sidewalk to and from that depression. How do we treat those transitions, as a ADA compliant ramp?
