Loads using county roads to detour the I-5 closure at Skagit River are limited to 120,000 GVW. All loads must travel 8pm to 7am only, loads over 11ft wide must have 1 front and 1 rear pilot. Farm equipment is authorized to operate under normal farm rules and exempt from this restriction.
