Research projects are selected through an open, competitive process. Research problem statements may be submitted by anyone but must have an agency sponsor to be considered for funding. 

To submit your research idea, please download and complete one of the attached forms and send it to the Research Manager responsible for that subject area.  The Research Managers will review problem statements and forward them to Research Advisory Committee members.

Ideas can be be submitted to the Research Office at any time, based on the need or priority of the program or issue to be resolved.
