Accuracy and Precision in the Analysis and Design of Floating Bridges


Measurements of wind characteristics and the kinematic performance of floating bridges are proposed. The relationship between these measurements is then used as a check of detailed analyses and a statement of accuracy. The use of these measurements and the detailed analytical results are applied to the initial design of these bridges.
