Description: This report describes a newly established telecommunications link between Seattle's Traffic System Management Center (TSMC) and the University of Washington's (UW) Information Retrieval System. Volume data in five-minute intervals collected by the TSMC is transferred to the UW computer system. The report contains a description of this link and a User's Guide for those who wish to access the data.
