Criteria and Requirements for Statewide Highway Runoff Monitoring Sites

Description:

Criteria for selecting statewide monitoring sites for highway runoff were established to provide representative combinations of climate, traffic, highway, land use, geographic and topographic characteristics. Using these criteria, a minimum of six sites were recommended.
