WSDOT and Clark County will host a project open house to receive public comment on the Environmental Assessment (EA), which is scheduled for release on November 12, 2009. The 30-day comment period closes on December 11, 2009.

Once released, the EA will be available in PDF format on the project Web page, at your local library and on CD-rom.
