Project Description:
This Contract provides for the improvement of the 1-182 interchange from MP 4.40 to MP 5.67, and US-395 from MP 17.09 to 17.60 & from MP 17.93 to MP 18.08 in Benton County by rehabilitating the existing roadway which includes crack sealing, fog sealing, paving with HMA CL. 112 IN. PG 64-28, striping, flexible guide post, barrier strip, bridge work by removing existing overlay from bridge deck, performing bridge deck repair, and applying waterproofing membrane for one bridge, constructing traffic barrier for one bridge, repairing traffic barrier for one bridge, removing and reconstructing bridge approach slabs for two bridges, performing expansion joint modification for seven bridges, ADA work, traffic control and other work.

SR 240, MP 27, Monday, July 23 - Wednesday, July 25 - 
Traffic will be directed through the intersection between 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Project Description:
This Contract provides for the improvement of the SR-240 from MP 26.80 to MP 27.08 in Benton County, Kingsgate Way Signalize Intersection: by installing a new traffic signal system; installing cement concrete curb, gutter and sidewalk; re-channelizing the intersection with new pavement markings and delineation; signing; traffic control and other work.

I-82 Columbia River Bridge - EB Truss Deck Replacement

I-82, Friday, July 21 - Sunday, July 29 - Eastbound traffic is shifted across a detour onto the westbound Columbia River bridge into Oregon. The speed limit is reduced to 40 mph through the detour. The westbound lanes are reduced to a single lane.

Project Description:
This project will remove the deck off the truss section of the eastbound bridge across the Columbia River into Oregon. The work will also upgrade the electrical system and pavement markings across the bridge. Traffic will be detoured onto the westbound bridge during the majority of this multi-session project. 

I-182 / Queensgate Dr – Interchange Improvements

Project Description:
This Contract provides for the improvement of the I-182/Queensgate Drive Interchange by replacing the existing traffic signal with a roundabout, re-aligning and adding second lanes to the EB on/off-ramps that connect to/from the roundabout, constructing high-mast light standard foundations, installing new drainage structures, constructing a new shared use path and other work.

SR 224, MP 6 to 7, Monday, July 23 - Friday, July 27 - During the day drivers should be prepared for alternating one-way traffic between at the SR 224 West Van Giesen Street and Grosscup Boulevard intersections. Drivers may experience minor delays through the work zone. Shoulders along SR 224 at West Van Giesen Street may also be closed intermittently throughout the project limits.

Project Description:
This is a City of West Richland project where the City of West Richland’s contractor will be installing new water and sewer lines along and across SR-224 at various locations between milepost 6.1 near the SR-224 / N 69th Ave intersection and milepost 7.5 near the SR-224 / S 48th Ave intersection

US 2 Culvert Repair between Coles Corner and Leavenworth

Current Week Traffic Advisory:

US 2, both directions, Wednesday, July 25 -
Crews will be replacing a culvert, which will require the closure of US 2 from Leavenworth west to the SR 207 junction at Coles corner. The closure will be from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. The closure will detour traffic to Chumstick Highway between SR 207 and Leavenworth. Vehicles over 10,000 GVW or longer than 32 feet will not be allowed on the detour and will need to use US 97 over Blewett Pass or I-90 over Snoqualmie Pass. Local deliveries will be allowed west of Plain.
 
Project Description: 
A culvert is being replaced with a larger culvert to prevent persistent shoulder washouts in high runoff areas.

I-90 468th Ave. SE to W Summit Rd EB – Rehab Concrete, Deck Rehab, Culvert Rehab (mileposts 34 to 52)

I-90, MP 34 to 52, eastbound, Friday, July 20 – Sunday, July 29
– Lane closures are planned 24 hours a day between milepost 34 near North Bend to milepost 44 near Denny Creek. The eastbound lanes are reduced are also reduced to three lanes 24 hours a day from milepost 47 to 52.

I-90, MP 47 to 52, westbound, Friday, July 20 – mid-August - The lanes between milepost 52 near the summit of Snoqualmie Pass and milepost 47 near the Denny Creek area are reduced to two lanes, with one lane shifted around the work zone as crews repair several bridge decks. This traffic shift will remain in place 24 hours a day, 7 days a week until mid-August. Drivers should plan for added travel time through this area.

Project Description:
This project will provide for rehabilitation of the eastbound lanes of I-90 from the 468th Avenue Interchange in North Bend to the West Summit Road at Snoqualmie Pass (milepost 34 to milepost 52). Work will consist of concrete panel replacement, concrete pavement grinding and culvert rehabilitation to maintain drainage. Also included in the work is the
rehabilitation of bridge decks 90/91S eastbound at Snoqualmie River, 90/96.5N westbound at Denny Creek, the Denny Creek Viaduct Bridge 90/97.2N westbound and Bridge 90/97.7N westbound at Franklin Falls.

This project proposes to replace the existing lighting system at the USFS 9030 Rd interchange at milepost 46. Work will consist of replacing luminaries foundations and poles, new electrical junction boxes, conduit and service cabinets and other work associated with the project.

I-90, MP 34 to 40, westbound, Monday, July 23 - Tuesday July 24 - A single lane closure in place between 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. so crews can install recessed pavement markers and for drainage maintenance.

Bicycle Alternate Route: I-90 is closed to bicycles in both directions
between the Hyak interchange (Exit 54) and Stampede Pass interchange (exit 62) because there are no shoulders for bicycles to use.

Project Description:
Crews are building a wider and more reliable five-mile stretch of I-90 from Hyak to Keechelus Dam by adding lanes, replacing and adding bridges, stabilizing rock slopes and replacing the snow shed with avalanche bridges.

Project Description:
This project provides for the improvement of 2.5 miles of I-90 from Keechelus Dam to the Price Creek Rest Area. The existing four lane facility will be replaced with a new six lane highway which includes several new bridges, drainage structures, chain up areas, illumination and ITS facilities and a wildlife overcrossing structure.

Project Description:
This project provides for the improvement of Yakima River Bridges, on I-90, East of Cle Elum, MP 86.2, Bridge 10/140 N&S: and West of Ellensburg, MP 102.5, Bridges 10/154 N&S. The bridges will be rehabilitated by removing and replacing the bridge decks with a concrete overlay. Bridge expansion joints will also be modified on all 4 bridges and hinge repair completed on 2 bridges. A temporary bridge will be used to detour traffic around the work area during the summer and fall, until the project shuts down for the winter

The project will rehabilitate the existing roadway by providing a bituminous surface treatment on SR-123 and by planning and paving the roadway on US-12. This project will also restore all delineation.

This project provides for the improvement of the Naches River Nelson Bridges on US-12, MP 198.66, by cleaning and painting all exposed metal surfaces. It also provides for removing and replacing bird screens over the truss hand holes on Bridge 12/328S, and heat straightening repair on Bridge 12/328N.

Project Description:
This project rehabilitates the bridge deck on two bridges in Yakima County. Bridge 82/135N is the westbound bridge that crosses the Yakima Valley Highway at milepost 42, located 5 miles east of Yakima on I-82. Bridge 97/102 crosses Satus Creek, located 24 miles south of
Toppenish on US-97. The bridges will be rehabilitated by removing and replacing the top portion of the bridge decks with a modified concrete overly. Bridge expansion joints will also be replaced.

I-82, MP 23, westbound, Monday, July 23 - Tuesday, July 24 - Lane closures for bridge deck repair between 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

US 97, MP 50 to 60, both directions, Monday, July 23 - Thursday, July 26 - Alternating traffic between 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.

US 12, MP 153, both directions, Monday, July 23 - Traffic will be flagged through the work zone from 6:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. 

SR 241, MP 12 to 24, both directions, Monday, July 23 - Thursday, July 26 - A pilot car will direct traffic through the work zone between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m.

I-82, MP 31, westbound, Tuesday, July 24 - Lane closures between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. for guardrail repairs.

I-82, MP 24, eastbound, Wednesday, July 25 - Thursday, July 26 - The Selah Creek Rest Area will be closed so crews can work on the water system.

US 12, MP 145, both directions, Wednesday, July 25 - Thursday, July 26 - Traffic will be flagged through the work zone from 6:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
