 Monday, July 21 through Wednesday, July 23, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., motorists can expect one lane flagger controlled traffic with delays of up 15 minutes.

Project Description:
This project provides for the improvement of existing roadway by performing bridge deck repair, pavement repair, paving with HMA, chip seal application and fog sealing on portions of US 97, SR 22, SR 24, SR 241, I-82, SR 224, SR 193, SR 128 and US 12.

Eastbound: Right lane closures 24 hours a day. Work hours are primarily Monday night July 21 through Saturday morning July 26 from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. If you notice that there are lane closures with no apparent work going on, our contractor has placed new concrete in the roadway which must cure to gain strength.

Westbound: Single lane closures 24 hours a day Monday night July 21 through Saturday morning July 26 from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m.

This project provides for the improvement of I-90 at the summit of Snoqualmie Pass from milepost 47 to 55.15 in King and Kittitas Counties. Work will consist of rehabilitation of the existing concrete pavement by replacing selected concrete panels, insertion of steel dowel bars in the pavement joints and diamond grinding of the surface. A pilot program will test LED lane and edge line markers. Other work will consist of standard striping of the highway, and drainage and paving work at the Hyak maintenance facility.

I-90 Hyak to Keechelus Dam Project (mileposts 56 to 61)

Rock blasting- related closures:

• Wednesday, July 23 rock blasting closure cancelled. 
• Thursday, July 24 from 8 p.m. to 9 p.m.

During rock blasting-related closures, crews will close I-90 in both directions from Gold Creek (milepost 56) to Price Creek (milepost 61). During blast closures, there are no services eastbound past MP 53 at the summit or westbound past MP 70 near Easton. This work is weather dependent and will be subject to change.

Due to the nature of blasting operations this season, closures may last longer than an hour. This web page will be updated with extended closure information to help drivers plan their trips across Snoqualmie Pass.

Daytime Restrictions: Drivers should prepare for intermittent rolling slowdowns both directions, Monday through Friday, July 21 through July 25, during daytime hours only.

Nighttime Restrictions: Traffic will be reduced to one lane both directions, Monday through Friday, July 21 through July 25, during nighttime hours only.

Bicycle Alternate Route: I-90 is closed to bicycles in both directions between the Hyak interchange (Exit 54) and Stampede Pass interchange (exit 62) because there is no shoulder for bicycles to use. Bicyclists can use the John Wayne Pioneer Trail, weather permitting, as an alternate route.

Project Description:
Crews are building a wider and more reliable five-mile stretch of I-90 from Hyak to Keechelus Dam by adding lanes, replacing and adding bridges, stabilizing rock slopes and replacing the snow shed with avalanche bridges.

Nightly single lane closures can be expected Monday through Friday, from 10 p.m. until 9 a.m. the following morning. There will be intermittent short term ramp closures at the Cabin Creek and Stampede Pass Interchanges at night from 10 p.m. until 9 a.m. the following morning.

Project Description:
This project provides for the improvement of 3.54 miles of I-90 in Kittitas County from milepost 62 to 65.54. Work will include removing the existing asphalt surface and repaving. Other work will consist of striping, guardrail and other safety items.

Project Description: This project provides for the removal of lose and unstable rock and other debris located on slopes adjacent to SR 410.
