*Quarterly Project Report Update for Quarter Ending March 2004*

Project Title & Location SR 285 Wenatchee Area - Paving	Project Description This project will grind and replace the existing asphalt concrete pavement to resurface this section of SR 285.
Contractor/Consultant This project is in the Design Phase and has not yet been advertised or awarded.
Recent Progress Began Coordination with the City of Wenatchee in February, 2004. Field review scheduled for March 17, 2004. City Council meeting workshop planned for April 15, 2004.
Design Construction Impacts Construction activities will require close coordination with the City of Wenatchee, local merchants, schools, and emergency services.
Environmental Impacts / Compliance No environmental impacts. No permits anticipated. NEPA: Categorically excluded SEPA: Categorically exempt	Impacts to Traffic Coordinating with City and the public to establish ways of mitigating impacts to the traveling public, businesses and pedestrians during construction.
