Route Development Plans

Route Development Plans (RDPs) are planning studies conducted for state highway corridors.  The scope of North Central Region RDP studies focus on route continuity, existing conditions, level of service, deficiencies, and environmental concerns.  Region RDPs are developed in two phases.  The first phase provides an inventory of existing conditions.  The second phase will add public involvement in transportation decisions and land use planning coordinated with transportation needs.
