Topography and Cover: The parcel has uneven terrain covered in native grasses and brush. A portion of the site was last mined in 1971 and has been reclaimed.

Utilities: The parcel is not connected to any utilities. Electricity is available in the immediate area. A private well and septic would need to be installed.

Special Conditions: For land usage requirements/restrictions contact the local jurisdiction(s). Direct access to SR 155 will be prohibited. Access is permitted from Rebecca Lake Road, a paved road under the jurisdiction of the Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation. This road resides along the northeasterly portion of the parcel. DNR Mining Permit #70-010072 was terminated 1/13/2006. A new application and permit process would be required for further mining.

Zoning: The parcel is zoned “Minimal Requirement” by Okanogan County. It is zoned “Special Requirement” by the Colville Indian Reservation.
