Amtrak Cascades Performance Reports

 

Monthly Reports 

Effective July 2012, the monthly dashboard will replace the monthly ridership reports.

*Amtrak experienced a problem with its ticket system in the first part of 2012 that affected the ridership data. As a result, the data Amtrak originally provided for February, March, April, May and June contained errors. WSDOT received corrections for February, March, April and May.

Compares 2011 ridership to 2010 and shows a 1.1 percent increase. The increase would have been larger except for mudslides in the first quarter of 2011. Ridership in 2011 increased 11.3 percent over 2009.

Amtrak Cascades Customer Service Index score is holding steady at 90 percent and is comparatively one of the highest scores nationally in relation to all Amtrak’s routes.
