Effective immediately, Engineering Publications will no longer sell printed department manuals or publications to the general public, contractors, consultants, cities, or counties. This service is now available through the Washington State Department of Printing’s Fulfillment Center. Printed copies of the Department of Transportation’s most requested manuals are available through an online service called the General Store. This is a secure Web site. Once you have established an account with them, you may purchase any product they have available.

To purchase WSDOT products set up a login account, select Shop by Agency, and then select Department of Transportation from the alphabetical list. Once you have selected the products you wish to purchase, you will be asked to enter credit card information to complete your transaction.
