The Environmental Procedures Manual provides environmental policy guidance for WSDOT and its environmental consultants. The manual outlines the department's legal requirements related to natural and man-made environmental resources. Step-by-step procedural guidance is provided on the WSDOT website that supports this manual. These web pages may be accessed through the Environmental Site Index at the bottom of this page. Together, these two resources are the keystone of the department's Environmental Management System (EMS).
