Construction crews opened the new northbound lane on I-405 between NE 85th Street and NE 116th Street.
In November, construction crews relocated the southbound HOV lane to the northbound HOV lane. The southbound HOV lane crosses over the median between NE 124th Street and NE 116th Street and travel in the northbound HOV lane for about one mile.
