Nov. 30 - Crews work through the night to set concrete girders for the additional width of the northbound I-405 bridge over NE 132nd. Nov. 27 - Backfilling at the northbound I-405 bridge over NE 132nd. Nov. 26 - Demolishing the old northbound on-ramp from Totem Lake Boulevard. This ramp was closed the weekend of Oct. 21 so crews could realign it. You can see the ramp's new location on the right side of this photo. Nov. 23 - Building yet another retaining wall along the southbound off-ramp to NE 124th. Nov. 23 - We're finished pouring the fascia panels on this wall under the east side of the NE 124th bridge.View a photo of this area one month ago. Nov. 17 - Pouring barrier on the east (northbound) side of I-405 north of NE 132nd Street. This barrier will act as a retaining wall, holding back the slope next to the freeway. Nov. 11 - The supports for the additional width of the I-405 northbound bridge over NE 132nd are in place.
Nov. 3 - The wood forms are in place for the piece that will span the top of the columns at NE 132nd.
Nov. 1 - Crews have set up scaffolding and a work deck around the new columns at NE 132nd. Next month we plan to begin setting pre-cast concrete panels to form the deck for the additional width of the I-405 bridges over NE 132nd.
