The Paragon Hotel has been removed to make way for the NE 10th Street
Bridge. This the stormwater wetland site. Plastic is placed over the
construction site on a daily basis for erosion control.
Crews will begin removing this barrier (see arrow) to begin construction of
a pier that will support the NE 10th Street Bridge.
