Crews set in place concrete architectural panels under the I-405
Bridge where it passes over NE 116th Street.
Once all panels are set in place, they will form a “Tulip” pattern that
is complimented by a stone block pattern.
Crews took advantage of dry weather in August to pave lanes; all
lanes are scheduled to be paved my mid-September
